Former president, Goodluck Jonathan, was all smiles, yesterday, October 25 in Tanzania.
The former president, who is the Chairman of the Commonwealth Observer Group for the Tanzanian presidential election that held same day is pictured having a chitchat with some of Tanzania’s election monitoring group right before the commencement of the elections.
