Another Arik Air employee was arrested for assisting in smuggling 20kg of cocaine to London by the National Drug Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Punch reports.
Ikechukwu Chibuzor Oliver confessed that he charged customers N400 000 for each of the three bags of cocaine. He admitted that he helped Chika Egwu Udensi get the illegal substance onto the flight.
Udensi who also works at Arik Air as a senior flight attendant was caught with the drugs at Heathrow Airport by the UK Border Force.
