This isn’t the first time this controversial issue is making it into the news.
It has been a long time tradition in Swaziland, that King Mswati reportedly tested girls v.irginity before choosing a wife for himself.
In 2012, Dailymail reported that topless v.irgins were paraded in front of the Swazi King, to celebrate chastity and unity.
Now, photos have been released showing under aged girls being publicly checked to ascertain that their v.irginity was still intact.
All this was done in a bid to help King Mswati choose another wife.
Many consider this babaric and archaic, but it seems to be a tradition the people willingly live by.
